Holding membership with professional organizations such as the Central Valley Trial Lawyers Association in Fresno and Consumer Attorneys of California, David Moeck draws upon two decades of civil litigation experience in his role as a lawyer with Quinlan, Kershaw & Fanucchi. Particularly skilled in depositions, trial work, and strategic business planning, David Moeck has obtained more than $100 million combined for his clients.

David Moeck has tried more than 20 cases in court and, in 2013, achieved membership into the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA), which is designated for attorneys with an honorable reputation. Only one percent of all attorneys in California qualify for ABOTA entry. In addition, he is a Martindale-Hubbell AV-rated attorney who has been recognized by Super Lawyers since 2010 and was considered a Rising Star in the five years prior.

Mr. Moeck began working as a lawyer in 1999, prior to which he earned a juris doctor from San Joaquin College of Law. He also holds a bachelor's degree in business from California State University, Fresno, where he served as president of the Lambda Chi Alpha fraternity.
